You'll have full access to all Home Care Connect features during your 14 day free trial. During your free trial, you will not be charged the monthly membership amount during your trial however, any usage (SMS, Calling, Emails, AI Features, etc) is subject to billing to avoid scammers from signing up and utilizing marketing features before their trial period is over. All users will be granted initial credit amounts as stated in the Utilization section of the Pricing Chart above.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH, checks, and wire transfer payments. Please note: Home Care Connect is billed in United States Dollars (USD) only.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Home Care Connect plan at any time. If you'd like to manage your subscription, simply navigate to your Settings (bottom of the main menu), and then click on the "Company Billing" tab. From there you can upgrade or cancel. If you'd like to downgrade, let us know via the support widget at the bottom right of your Home Care Connect account or email support at support@homecarecrm.online

Yes. Additional usage charges vary based on your subscription level (see the Utilization chart in the Pricing Table above). Home care Connect is billed by network carriers for activities such as calling, texting, etc. Furthermore, Home Care Connect is billed by OpenAI for all AI features within the application. Home Care Connect simply passes these charges down to users at the lowest rates possible. You can always see a full breakdown of charges by visiting the Company Billing page within your account (Settings -> Company Billing).

Reviews AI is one of the many AI features within the Home Care Connect platform. When initiated, Reviews AI will automatically respond to reviews on your behalf with a thoughtful, professional response, saving you time while boosting your online reputation.

Conversations AI works great for frequently asked questions and client support. You can train this support bot by providing it with URLs to learn from, uploaded content, and other information. From there, the bot can be connected to your Chat Widget and deployed on your website and even your funnels!

Yes. You must put in your card details before starting a free trial. You won't be charged the subscription amount until your trial is up. You may see a transaction on your statement but this is only a pre-authorization amount to check the cards validity and it is immediately canceled once we see the card is valid. Excess usage outside of the allotted credits will be billed to the card on file. We wish we could offer "no card sign ups" but the reality is that there are a ton of scammers out there looking to take advantage of platforms like Home Care Connect CRM to harass others and we're doing our part to prevent that from happening with our platform.

The SOP Vault is an online course builder similar to other Learning Management Systems out there. With the ability to upload videos, create written descriptions, and provide downloadable resources, this feature is a must have for every home care company. This happens to be one of the best ways to create and structure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your Home care business but can also be used to create training courses for team members and caregivers.
