While we offer the highest quality resources, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes as each person’s situation is unique. Any success stories or testimonials shared by others are not promises of similar results but are provided for illustrative purposes only.
You are responsible for how you utilize the information we provide, and any outcomes are entirely dependent on your personal circumstances.

Home Care Connect Educational Program Refund Policy
Gold Plan - Full Participation Required for Refunds
For those enrolled in our Gold Plan ($497), if you have attended every session and actively participated but still feel the program didn’t meet your expectations, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
Attendance: You must attend every session with your camera on.
Homework Completion: Submit all homework assignments.
Refund Request Submission: Fill out the Refund Request Form within 90 days after the final session.
Note: Refunds are processed after the conclusion of the program and must be requested within 90 days.
Non-Refundable Tiers
Basic Plan ($97): Refunds are not available for this tier.
Platinum Plan: These tickets, which include personalized care consultations, are non-refundable due to their customized nature.
Premium Service & Program Refund Policy
Non- Refundable Deposits for Premium Services
Deposits for our Premium Services, such as personalized home care consultations or advanced programs, are non-refundable.
However, you can apply your deposit as a credit toward another service or program, such as our Caregiver Training Mastery program.
Other Payments:
Payments made through wire transfer, ACH, or other methods for premium services are non-refundable.
Media Release & Permissions
By attending any of our events, either in person or virtually, you grant Home Care Connect permission to record and photograph you. You acknowledge that your name, image, and any recorded material may be used by us for promotional or educational purposes without further compensation or the ability to review final products.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan for any service or product, you are still responsible for all agreed payments. If you fail to make payments on time, the full balance becomes due immediately, and no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any third-party lenders or financial institutions, even if they were recommended by us.
Affiliate Purchases
Any purchases made through third-party affiliates are governed by the affiliate’s own policies and terms, and we are not responsible for those transactions.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or pandemics.
